Returns & Exchanges Policy

As all items are custom-made for specific events, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • Your item arrived damaged.

If there is still at least 2 weeks before your event date, we may consider offering an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on whether there is enough time for us to resell the original item.

As a small business, every custom piece is made to order, and unsold returned stock creates a significant loss. We therefore ask all customers to carefully review sizing before purchasing.

Sizing

Please check all size guides carefully before ordering.
We do not offer refunds for sizing issues.

If sizing is incorrect, we may offer an exchange where possible, provided:

  • There is sufficient time before the event, and
  • The item is returned in original condition.

Time Limits for Refund Requests

Due to the event-based nature of our products:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
  • Once approved, the item must be sent back within 3 days.

If the event date passes while the item is still in your possession, the order will nol onger be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if items show signs of wear or damage not caused during delivery.
